Limestone Engraving is a family owned, third generation, stone engraving business with over twenty years of combined experience. What started as a hobby, quickly became a passion and a business in small town Larned, Kansas. At Limestone Engraving, all engraving and rock work is done by hand with extreme attention to detail. Hand engraving, and expert level craftsmanship, produces a truly unique custom product for our customers. We take pride in our craft, and will not be satisfied until you are. Whether you are looking for a stone with your family name, a decorative desk piece, or a large business stone, we can meet your needs.

 

Limestone Engraving offers repair and refinishing services as well. Whether your stone is simply old and worn, it has become a victim of the environment, or you simply weren't happy with a job done elsewhere, we would be glad to assist you in refinishing your stone so that it can be enjoyed for years to come. Please keep in mind that nearly the same amount of time and labor goes into repairing and refinishing stones as it does to work a new stone, and your estimate will reflect that same time and labor minus a new stone. Customers can call, email, or submit a quote request to initiate a stone order. Once the quote is accepted, and you choose to proceed with an order, you may either pay in full up front or submit a deposit of one half the quote cost down, with the other half due at pick up or deliver. Delivery and set up is also available for an additional fee. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or a check by mail. Further payment information will be provided to you once you submit your order.

After receiving your order and payment, we will prepare a stone for you and send you a mock up of the design you provided to us for approval before engraving. Designs are final once approved. Please keep in mind that rocks are natural formations that may contain slight imperfections or fossils that may be visible in the final product. Stones will not be cut into perfect shapes. If a fossil is found that significantly disrupts your design, you will be contacted with options available to either work around the fossil, attempt removal, or cover it if applicable. Please keep in mind that quotes are subject to change if additional work is added for this type of occurrence, should you decide you would like the fossil removed.
